Psychological Work

Regulation & Identity Work in a Professional Setting

Professional basis of the Blueprint Method and my therapeutic work

Classification

As a licensed psychotherapist (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie), I work in individual sessions with psychological regulation and identity work.

This work is for people who want to address burdensome patterns, stress responses or recurring inner dynamics in a structured way.

In the context of leadership, these often show up as:

  • Persistent inner tension

  • Fast activation in conflict situations

  • Taking on responsibility for other people´s issues

  • Performance-based self-worth patterns

  • Loyalty and adaptation mechanics

  • Difficulty switching off internally after decisions

These processes are not a question of competence. They are learned response patterns.

What it is about

What psychological work is about:

The therapeutic work includes, among other things:

  • Stabilization of the nervous system

  • Working with stress and activation patterns of the nervous system

  • Identity and role work

  • EMDR-based interventions

  • Coping with traumatic experiences

The goal is not optimization,
but
inner clarity and regulation .

Connection to the Blueprint Method™

The Blueprint Method™ functionally integrates regulatory and structural work into leadership contexts.

In some cases, in-depth psychological work in a one-on-one setting may be beneficial.

This takes place separately from the training program as part of my therapeutic practice.
