About me

"I work on architecture. Leadership as a structure you can rely on – even when the pressure is real.
Leadership drew me in because of responsibility, not status. For over 25 years I worked in international high-performance environments – in roles with budget responsibility, decision authority, and systemic complexity.
I know hierarchical pressure. I know political dynamics. I know unspoken expectations – and what they do to people.
And I know the internal tension that arises when competence and clarity stop moving together."

The Turning Point
Strategy came naturally. So did structure.
What fascinated me was something else entirely:
Why do even highly competent women respond faster under pressure than they actually want to? Why do they take on responsibility before they've made an internal decision? Why do they adapt – subtly, quietly – even when they're professionally clear?
The answer lived in the system. In the nervous system. In learned adaptation patterns. In identity structures that activate under pressure.
That was the beginning of my deeper psychological work.

Integration - not transition
I stayed in leadership.
And expanded what it could mean.

Today I combine: 25+ years of international leadership experience Psychological depth in regulation and trauma work Systemic thinking DISC as a precision tool for strengths and leadership style Human Design – as a structural aid for decision-making, used with precision

The Blueprint Method™ was born from this integration. From practice. From real rooms. From what actually works under pressure.
My Approach
I work on architecture.

High-performing women have enough drive. What they need is stability – a structure that holds when the pressure rises.

Less unconscious adaptation. The same ambition, better grounded.

Executive Self-Leadership means to me: Deciding clearly. Carrying responsibility consciously. Setting boundaries from strength.
Growing without losing yourself in the process.

Today
As a Leadership Architect,
I develop structural self-leadership for women in responsibility – through the Blueprint Method™.
As a sparring partner for decision architecture.
I work with women who carry a lot. Who are sharp. Who don't shy away from responsibility.
And who sense that they could lead even more precisely – if inner stability were no longer left to chance.
Precision isn't a coincidence. It's a structure. And it can be built.

Some of the most precise work I do doesn't come from frameworks.
It comes from a different kind of map. [There's another layer →] (linked zu /map)
