EXECUTIVE PRIVATE MENTORING

Individual leadership architecture for complex responsibilities

If leadership is not further developed,
but must be worn individually.

Executive Private Mentoring is the most personal form of work within the Blueprint architecture.

For women in positions of responsibility,
whose decisions have far-reaching consequences –
and can no longer clarify the central leadership issues in the group room.

Classification

Foundation creates stability.
Mastery specifies authority.
The retreat anchors leadership beyond everyday life.

And yet, there are situations where a group room is no longer suitable.

Not because something is missing.

But because responsibility becomes highly individual.

  • Decisions involve power, visibility, or exposure.

  • Roles become political, not just professional.

  • Timing is sensitive.

  • Consequences irreversible

A general structure is no longer sufficient here.
This requires individual architectural work.

What is it about

Executive Private Mentoring is not coaching in the traditional sense.

It is:

  • no destination tracking

  • no performance optimization

  • not a problem-solving format

  •

Rather, architectural work on individual guidance,
where it becomes personal, complex and non-delegable.

The focus is on:

  • individual decision architecture

  • Authority beyond role and expectation

  • psychological integration of sensitive leadership dynamics

  • Timing, influence, and expansion on a personal level

This work is not scalable.
And that's precisely why it's effective.

The Working Level

Executive Private Mentoring combines four levels – individual, precise and context-sensitive:

1. Individual decision architecture

How do you make decisions?
if:

  • there is no clear "right or wrong".

  • Loyalties, politics, or projections play a role.

  • Long-term consequences are

Here, inner clarity arises without justification.

2. Psychological integration at the executive level

Psychological dynamics can be addressed in one-on-one sessions.
where they have no space in groups:

  • Power and dependency dynamics

  • Role identification

  • internal counter-movements upon visibility

  • Covert adaptation in a position of high responsibility

Not therapeutic.
But integrative, suitable for management and discreet.

3. Structure & Time – individually tailored

Human Design is used more precisely and individually in a 1:1 setting than in any group format.

Not as a typology.
Not as a prediction.

But to:

  • Fine-tuning your decision-making logic

  • Classification of sensitive time windows

  • Distinguishing between internal resistance and unfavorable timing

These perspectives create context, not dependency.

4. Embodiment of Authority

In a one-on-one situation, it's no longer about gaining knowledge.

But it's about being able to lead without inner tension, without constant self-control.

Authority is not explained here.
She is embodied.

Depending on the issue at hand, systemic constellation formats can also be used in executive mentoring to make complex decision-making or organizational dynamics visible.

Format & Frame

Executive Private Mentoring is deliberately clearly limited.

Possible formats:

  • 3 months of individual architectural work

  • 6 months for complex transitions or expansion phases

Frame:

  • 1–2 sessions per month

  • highly confidential

  • individually prepared

  • Optional: written or auditory classification between sessions

  • Space for concrete leadership and decision-making questions

No ongoing support.
Not an open channel.
But rather focused, precise work.

Who is it for

Executive Private Mentoring is for women,

  • in high management or entrepreneurial responsibility

  • with a prominent role

  • with decision-making authority and power to act

  • who do not delegate their leadership, but bear it themselves

Not suitable if:

  • Basic principles are still missing.

  • external order is to replace internal structure

  • Quick solutions are needed.

A 1:1 match is not a starting point.
It's top-notch work.

The Effect

Executive Private Mentoring is not reflected in to-dos, but in leadership practice:

  • Decisions become clear

  • internal tension decreases

  • Authority becomes silent

  • Responsibility feels clearer

  • Leadership requires less inner energy

Nothing spectacular.
But supporting.

Discover

Executive Private Mentoring is not a "higher" step.

It's a different space when leadership becomes individual, sensitive, and indivisible. When you feel that your decisions no longer need to be explained but rather supported, one-on-one communication can provide the right framework for that.
