Successful training not only imparts knowledge, but is also fun! That's why I design my personal development training sessions to be varied, practical, and enjoyable, so they'll be remembered for a long time.

I've been fascinated by the DISC model for over 25 years. Even back then, it helped me understand people's behavioral tendencies—and how this knowledge can be applied specifically in my everyday professional life.
