With over 25 years of experience in international procurement, particularly in global corporations and the pharmaceutical sector, I support organizations in complex procurement and change situations.

I have worked in international companies for over two decades.
and assumed responsible roles in purchasing — including at Novartis, MorphoSys and MSD, with European and global responsibility in the pharmaceutical industry.
Especially in indirect procurement, in global project environments, and in organizational transformation phases.
This experience forms the basis of my current work at the intersection of procurement, leadership, and structured decision-making processes.
